Since the introduction the first card by the FAC was a great success. The existing memory was extended with 16K CMOS 6116.

One part of it could be put under battery-backup and write protect.

Following the clear manual with a diagram and a layout guaranteed a working device without problems

The card is buffered with 2x74LS244 and 1 x 74LS245. The card can be put under write protect from #6800 - #7FFF. When the FDC and C-mos Ram became cheaper and more available this card lost attraction.
